During this period, you may return items in their original condition and receive a full refund—provided you include valid proof of purchase.

    • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

    • However, we do offer online store credit to cover approved return postage expenses.

    If your return is due to a faulty item or a mistake on our part, we will gladly cover both the original delivery fee and the return shipping costs.
